We offer a 7 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it and receive a refund once all requirements are met.
To ensure you are eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the original condition received along with all packaging and inserts in tact.
Product(s) that are not shipped with tracking are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.

We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Candles can melt if not stored in a cool and dry place. If you've received a defective product or the wrong order, please contact us immediately. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of your product and a brief summary of the issue you are encountering. We will replace or refund your purchase.
