We understand there may instances where you may wish to return one or more of our products. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we will incur a $6.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
We must authorize your refund prior to you returning the product(s). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for returning. If your return is authorized, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions.
Product(s) that are not shipped with tracking, are not eligible for a refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Candles can melt if not stored in a cool and dry place. If you've received a defective product or the wrong, please contact us immediately. Please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of your product and a brief summary fo the issue you are encountering. We will replace or refund your purchase.
