HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies depending on the state or country your order is made from. Once a purchase is made, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details to keep track of the delivery status of your Aroma Island order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping charges vary and as such will be calculated and displayed upon checkout of your Aroma Island purchase.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Yes we do. If you’re interested in having your Aroma Island order shipped internationally please email email@example.com and we will do our best to facilitate your request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 7 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it and receive a refund once all requirements are met.
To ensure you are eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the original condition received along with all packaging and inserts intact.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
To proceed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for returning. Once your return request is authorized we will send you a return label along with shipping instructions.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return
Product(s) that are not shipped with tracking are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.
IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?
Each item returned will incur a $6.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHAT IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH MY ORDER?
We are mindful that orders may be damaged upon delivery or perhaps the wrong item is received. In such cases please email email@example.com with your order number and photo of your order received with a brief summary of the issue at hand. At this point we will refund or replace according to your preference.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from when they are placed.
